Tyler Southwick focuses her practice on commercial litigation, representing businesses and individuals in state and federal courts. Tyler has successfully represented clients in a range of commercial matters, including trademark and copyright infringement, domain name disputes, shareholder disputes, and breach of contract actions. She also assists clients with business formation and organization, trademark and copyright applications, and contract negotiation.
Before joining the firm, Tyler held an associate position at Harris, St. Laurent & Chaudhry LLP. Prior to that, she held senior non-legal positions in a number of international locations.
